With 14+ years in operations, I've led cross-functional teams across academic delivery, sales operations, business intelligence, and process optimization — building the systems that let a multi-channel business scale efficiently. Over the last several months, my focus has sharpened toward finance and revenue operations for the online division — designing the planning, reporting, and analytics systems behind it.
